Avoid Speeding Fines With a Sticker - The Easy, Legal, and Charitable Way

Getting pulled over by a cop is never a fun a process. It's a huge inconvenience because it makes you late to your destination as well as adds on extra fees, fines, and court times that you really didn't want to mess with.

Whether you were going over the speed limit to get somewhere faster or whether it was a complete accident, there are ways to avoid speeding fines.

While there are some techniques to avoiding speeding fines by getting your case dismissed in court or at least the fine lowered, this isn't the best strategy.

One of the simplest ways of not getting a speeding ticket is using a sticker. What kind of sticker should you use?

In most cities there are ways of supporting your local police station. If you donate $10 or $20 that year, you will get a sticker that you can put on your car saying that you have supported the local police. If your city doesn't have this you might also try the same idea with supporting the local fire department.

The concept behind this is that it's under the officer's discretion to give you a warning or a full blown ticket.

If they see that you support the local police on a sticker boldly put on the back of your vehicle, it lowers the chance of getting a ticket.

Also consider the opposite effect. If there are symbols or stickers on the back of your car that are anti-police, the cop might have more of an incentive to give you a ticket so be sure to take this into consideration.
